Baltimore Orioles

Where Fandom Meets Brand Genius

The Challenge:
How do you refresh a historic MLB team’s identity while staying true to its soul? For the Orioles—a team woven into the fabric of Maryland’s culture—we needed more than graphics. We needed a love letter to the fans, designed by one of their own.

The Breakthrough:
As a PG County native who grew up in the shadow of Camden Yards, I didn’t just create assets—I channeled 30 years of fandom into every design. This wasn’t a project; it was a homecoming.

What We Delivered:
🎨 Iconic Brand Assets:

  • Digital campaigns that felt like a high-five from Cal Ripken Jr.—nostalgic yet fresh
  • Fan engagement strategies that turned casual viewers into Orange-and-Black diehards
  • Social content that celebrated both the team’s legacy and its future

⚾ The Secret Sauce?

  • Authenticity. No corporate jargon—just the passion of a kid who once sketched Orioles logos in school notebooks.
  • Community-first storytelling. We didn’t just market a team; we reignited the pride of every Marylander who’s ever yelled “O!” during the anthem.

The Result:
A brand resurgence that proved the best creatives don’t just understand audiences—they are the audience.

Fun fact: My first-ever “design job” was hand-drawing Orioles lineups as a 9-year-old. This was destiny.
